If you want to make an event for the guild, you are free to do so, and you can even add it to the calendar. Simple, create a new topic, it needs to have this
1.- Name of the event
2.- WoWHead address of the event
3.- Number of participants required
4.- Time of the event (also, you have to specify GMT time)
5.- Who is going to be the raid leader
6.- How many tanks, healers and DPS are needed
7.- Rules of the loot (have to follow common sense)
8.- YOU! as the creator of the event, need to save the spots for those who RSVP, in the thread you create people will have to reserve their spot for the raid, if they are not going, they have to notify with 24 hours anticipation, in the case they dont, they get an administrative sanction. (determined by the guild staff)
After you fill this, you scroll down to the section called Calendar, where you can set a Day, Time and duration of the event
